WITHIN is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to grow performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Email, Affiliate, SEO, Influencer, and Retail Media in Bogotá. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and exposure to AI-powered marketing tools that speed up analysis and decision-making.

You will collaborate with internal teams, engage with clients, and build KPI dashboards to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Curiosity about AI tools and a commitment to building fluency; prior use is a plus, openness to learning is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to support their marketing efforts.
• Communicate with clients via email and meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy and performance goals.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
