Job summary

Amadeus Travel Intelligence in Bogotá is seeking a Scrum Master to join the Technology team. You will facilitate team ceremonies, protect the Scrum process, and partner with stakeholders to accelerate value delivery in an agile SAFe environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Scrum Master in SaaS, CSMS, strong communication, and a background in analytics or data teams; the role offers a hybrid work model in Bogota and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS model.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies; SAFe is a plus.
• Strong business understanding and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach agile practices and ceremonies at team level.
• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban and SAFe train artifacts.
• Support risk management and impediment removal.
• Promote Lean-Agile values and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate train-level events and communities of practice.
