Job summary

Amadeus Travel Intelligence (ATI) is seeking a Scrum Master to join the Technology team in Bogota. You will facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, coach agile teams, and partner with stakeholders to accelerate value delivery in a SaaS environment.

You will lead team ceremonies, remove impediments, track progress, and drive continuous improvement across the train and teams, while thriving in a hybrid work setup at the Bogota office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS
• Experience with Agile or Scrum; SAFe knowledge is a plus
• CSM certification is desirable
• Strong business understanding and communication skills
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting is a plus
