Applaudo is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex software and digital initiatives from planning to delivery. You will align multiple teams and stakeholders around clear priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes, navigating dependencies and changing requirements with confidence.

You will manage plans, risks, and blockers, communicate with Directors and executives, and drive decisions to keep projects on track. AI-powered tools and Jira experience are a plus for this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of Software or Digital Project Management.
• End-to-end project delivery including mobile apps.
• Cross-functional team coordination and dependency management.
• Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project management experience.
• Director and C-level stakeholder management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams for alignment and execution.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and issues.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership, and accountability across teams.
• Track progress and ensure deliverables align with timelines.
