AspenTech is seeking a skilled engineer to support Advanced Distribution Management System deployments for electric utilities. You will design, configure, troubleshoot, and test ADMS solutions across the grid with a focus on DPF, FLISR, and VVC/VVO functionalities.

You will collaborate with OSI development teams, interface with GIS groups, and train customers on systems. A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is required, and travel ~25% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electric, electrical-computer science engineering, or computer science.
• Willingness to travel (25% average).
• Master's degree in Power Systems Engineering or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement control systems at electric utilities to improve efficiency and meet contract specs.
• Participate in design, planning, and execution of ADMS projects.
• Support testing events with customers.
• Install and configure distributions management apps such as DPF, FLISR, and VVC/VVO.
• Work with OSI development teams to troubleshoot and test product changes.
• Interface with GIS teams to load the electrical network model into the distribution system.
• Configure and integrate software components to meet contract specs and test with customers.
• Train customers on operating the systems delivered.
• Provide technical support for live systems.
