Qualifications

• Experience in procurement of raw materials.
• Experience handling payroll processes and related reports.
• Basic familiarity with cashiering and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for raw material purchases.
• Attend to customer needs according to organizational parameters.
• Process payroll for staff under supervision (novedades, inventories, closings).
• Schedule work hours for POS staff.
• Send sales reports to the finance/control team.
• Reconcile cash at POS locations.
• Verify POS facilities comply with hygiene and quality guidelines.

3. 3) Liquidar nómina del personal a cargo (reporte de novedades, inventarios, cierres de mesa).
4. 4) Programar el horario del personal perteneciente al punto de venta.
5. 5) Enviar informes de ventas al personal encargado del control y seguimiento financiero de la organización.
6. 6) Cuadre de caja.
7. 7) Verificar las instalaciones del punto de venta de acuerdo a lineamientos establecidos de higiene y calidad.
