OttoMate is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and reliable reporting. The role requires hands-on NetSuite and SAP experience and advanced Excel skills to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate will work independently, maintain precise records, and contribute to efficient financial processes while continuously improving AP workflows. This position is based in Colombia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable.
• Hands-on experience using NetSuite and SAP for AP/fin ops.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Understand AP processes, invoice management, vendor payments, and recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work independently under deadlines.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver reliable results.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments in a timely, compliant manner.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and respond to payment inquiries.
• Maintain AP records and prepare aging reports for visibility.
• Support month-end closing by reconciling AP balances.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and processing efficiency.
