Traffic Tech is hiring an Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Bogotá. The role involves processing invoices, expenses, and supplier payments in an international environment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Accounts Payable, advanced English, and a degree in a related field. Proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Word and ACCPAC is preferred; on-site Bogotá position offers an engaging, global team setting.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ACCPAC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices, employee expense reports, and supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Manage check and EFT payment runs.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
