Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking an accounting professional with QuickBooks Online and Excel experience to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. The role requires at least 1 year of accounting background and a strong focus on accuracy and organization.

You will maintain bank feeds, process AP/AR, review GL accuracy, and support month-end close while ensuring confidentiality of financial information and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile bank feeds and accounts in QuickBooks Online.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Review and maintain General Ledger (GL) accuracy.
• Support the month-end close process.
• Assist with vendor management and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Prepare vendor documentation for tax-season reporting.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records.
• Identify and communicate accounting discrepancies for resolution.
• Handle financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.
