Sanofi in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking an Account Manager US within the Medical Operations Team to lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality scientific content. You will align stakeholders, manage workflows, and drive delivery excellence in support of strategic objectives.

  • More than 6 years of relevant experience in the role or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project). Understanding of scientific/medical content development processes is preferred.

About The Job

serve as a key interface between internal brand teams and Business Operations Medical content development teams, ensuring the end-to-end planning, coordination, creation, and delivery of high-quality scientific and medical content. This role is responsible for managing content workflows, aligning stakeholders on priorities, ensuring quality standards, and driving delivery excellence to meet business needs and strategic objectives.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned franchise teams regarding all content needs and priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global franchise teams and ensure review of tactics priority at the franchise level.
  • Translate team needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for the content creation teams.
  • Facilitate consistent communication, expectation setting, and status updates across all parties.
  • Ensure all content aligns with tactics strategy, scientific accuracy, Sanofi standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor the production of diverse content types, ensuring timely delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations and approval calendars.
  • Lead intake and prioritization of all TA-related content requests.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Coordinate across internal content creators, medical writers, designers, external vendors (if applicable), and reviewers.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards in collaboration with the content creation team leads.

About You
  • Experience: More than 6 years of relevant experience in the role or a related field.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project). Understanding of scientific/medical content development processes is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Languages: Advanced English level.
