Sanofi is seeking an Expert Medical Information Writer in Bogotá, Colombia, to conduct scientific research and author medical response documents under the Global Medical Information team. The role supports global and local medical information activities.

Responsibilities include literature reviews, data extraction, and creating evidence-based summaries for products in designated therapeutic areas. Strong emphasis on collaboration with global teams and developing therapeutic area expertise.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Advanced medical writing and editing skills, literature evaluation, and scientific response development.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct literature searches and reviews, extract/summarize data from scientific literature.
• Generate evidence-based, accurate, current, and balanced summaries for scientific response documents.
• Adapt global scientific documents for assigned countries and develop responses to inquiries.
• Develop and maintain Therapeutic Area expertise and review content from peer writers.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Information teams to execute content plans.

About You

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Direct medical information or similar experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Soft skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Technical skills:Medical operational excellence, time and risk management, advanced medical writing and editing skills, literature evaluation, and scientific response development. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a similar discipline.
• Languages: Advanced English level.
