Pearson in Colombia is seeking an Academic Advisor for the Solutioning team. You will design and validate tailored solution blueprints, support bid responses, assess feasibility, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and academic teams to meet customer needs and Pearson’s standards.

You will act as a trusted advisor through the pre-sales cycle, translating requirements into scalable, academically sound solutions, and mentoring peers to strengthen quality and consistency.

Formación

• Fluent English with confidence communicating with customers and educators.
• Experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or advisory roles.
• Ability to design and deliver complex solutions addressing customer needs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and training abilities.
• Collaborative mindset across teams and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Design and validate customized solution blueprints for complex deals.
• Lead feasibility studies, needs assessments, and risk analyses.
• Advise during pre-sales to ensure viable, academically relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and academic teams for alignment.
• Support proposal development by reviewing responses and gaps.
• Troubleshoot technical, academic, or implementation requirements.
• Deliver trainings and consultations to customers and educators.
• Mentor peers and promote high-quality solutioning.
• Build relationships balancing credibility, customer focus, and commercial awareness.
• Travel regularly across Argentina and LATAM markets.
