Seabourn is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the galley operations across all restaurants on board. You will contribute to buffet preparation, setup, service and plating, while upholding Seabourn's high culinary standards.

You should have a formal culinary education and at least one year of relevant experience, with strong English communication and teamwork skills for a luxury dining environment at sea.

Formación

• Formal culinary education of at least two years is required; at least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Candidate must be able to communicate fluently with guests in a polished, sophisticated manner.
• English reading, writing and speaking ability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve food at assigned station following standards, menus and recipes.
• Ensure quality, quantity, presentation, and accuracy of food at buffet stations.
• Manage supplies using First In, First Out methods and prepare daily mise en place.
