Workplace & Facilities Coordinator Santiago, Chile

Role Overview: Create a workplace where employees, visitors, and customers feel welcomed, supported, and confident that the Santiago office is safe, organized, and ready for business. As a highly visible, on-site partner, you will own the day-to-day workplace experience and coordinate the facilities, hospitality, vendor, security, technology, and sustainability activities that keep the office running effectively. This role provides exposure to regional workplace operations and cross-functional initiatives across LATAM, with opportunities to expand your capabilities in facilities management, corporate hospitality, sustainability, workplace technology, physical security, and EHS coordination. The position is based on-site five days per week in the Santiago office.
