Andes Path is seeking an AI Support Specialist to help clients finish real tasks using approved AI tools and customized workflows. You will engage with non-technical users, maintain clear documentation, and work during US Central hours.

The role focuses on understanding client rules, producing concise guidance, and shaping reusable content while staying current with weekly feature updates. Hybrid Santiago presence is expected.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer support, customer success, training, or help desk handling non-technical people.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, able to calm stressed clients in chat or call.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools with proven useful results and ability to explain plainly.

Responsabilidades

• Help people finish real tasks via chat, email, or screen share during US Central hours.
• Know each client's rules cold and never move data into unapproved tools.
• Turn repetitive questions into reusable content by logging patterns or creating guides.
• Flag recurring patterns to the lead and suggest workflow improvements.
• Back up in-person teaching with examples and materials and run remote office hours.
• Stay updated on new features and evaluate usefulness for clients.

Description

Companies bought AI tools. Their people opened them once, got a confident wrong answer, and went back to doing things the old way. Not because the tools are bad. Because nobody was there the next morning when the spreadsheet did something weird.

You are the person who is there the next morning.

A lead in Chicago figures out what is worth changing at each client. You are the team that makes it stick: the named human a paralegal in Chicago messages when the contract comparison comes out wrong, the one who sends back a two-minute video instead of a manual.

AI is going to change office work. Most of the loud talk about it is noise. The real version is quieter: someone who knows the tools, knows what the client allows, and picks up the message fast. That is the job.

This is a high-trust role with real scope, autonomy, and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Help people finish real tasks: Someone messages - "I have three versions of this agreement and I need to know what changed." You don't send a help article. You say "send it over," do it with them in the tools their company has approved, and show them the pattern so they need you a little less next time. Chat, email, or a short screen share, in US Central hours.
• Know each client's rules cold: Every client has a list of what is allowed. You know it. You never move a client's information into a tool they have not approved.
• Turn repeat questions into something reusable: Keep a plain log. When the same question shows up three times, record a two-minute video or write a one-page guide in their context, with their kind of documents.
• Flag the pattern: When a question keeps coming back no matter how well you answer it, tell the lead. That usually means the workflow is wrong, not the person.
• Back up the in-person teaching: Build examples and materials for the lead's on-site sessions. Follow up with attendees so a good session turns into a habit. Run remote office hours.
• Stay sharp: New features ship every week. Try them on test data. Tell the team what is actually useful and what is a press release.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in customer support, customer success, training, or a help desk where you talked to non-technical people all day and did not get tired of it.
• Fluent English, spoken and written. Good enough to calm down a stressed office manager in Chicago over chat and on a call.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and a track record of getting genuinely useful results from them. You can explain how in plain words.
• Strong in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, or you pick up tools like these fast.
• You write short and clear. Most of this job is written.
• You notice patterns and write them down without being asked.
• Able to work US Central hours.

Nice to have:

• Time in a law firm, accounting firm, medical office, or construction company.
• Screen-recorded video or short-form teaching content.
• Any technical background.
