Olympus is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Analyst to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, proper storage locations, and timely dispatches, with occasional training of new staff.

The ideal candidate has >1 year in similar roles, familiarity with FIFO, and experience operating forklifts, all within a Chilean warehouse environment.

Formación

• Over 1 year in similar positions in warehouse/logistics.
• Basic warehouse and logistics management knowledge required.
• Familiar with FIFO inventory control and working with little supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inventory handling, cycle counts, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Verify receipts against packing lists and inspect goods on arrival.
• Prepare reserved products and register them in the ERP system for delivery.
• Coordinate shipments, returns, and documentation to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery.
• Maintain orderly, clean storage areas and assist in training new staff.
