Olympus Corporation of the Americas seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Analyst to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Santiago, Chile site. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, ERP data entry, and coordinating with Technical Service for equipment demos.

Qualifying candidates have 1+ year in logistics roles, experience with FIFO, forklift operation, and ERP systems; ability to work with minimal supervision and variable hours.

Formación

• 1+ year in similar positions in warehouse/logistics roles.
• Experience with FIFO inventory control is desirable.
• Ability to work with little supervision and varying hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general administration and control of the warehouse.
• Receive products, verify against packing lists and inspect condition.
• Report any issues affecting receipt in the system.
• Store products by designated locations and ensure proper protection.
• Physically reserve products and register in ERP for delivery.
• Prepare orders, verify accuracy, and log inventory movements.
• Assemble kits or weapon packs after dispatch where applicable.
• Handle product returns following established procedures.
• Maintain order and cleanliness, train new staff periodically.
• Review expiration dates and report shrinkage or loss.
• Prepare dispatch documents and support equipment evaluations.
