Job summary

CXT Software seeks an AI-Native VP of Software Engineering to lead our engineering and SaaS operations, defining how AI is embedded in software development and production. You will own people, architecture, quality, delivery, and customer outcomes in a fully remote, global setting.

You will report to the CTO and be measured on quality, reliability, cycle time, predictability, and customer impact as you scale across multiple products and teams.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with experience running large engineering orgs in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering reliable, scalable software in the AI era.
• Hands-on with AI-enabled development and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop Directors, architects, and their teams.
• Make AI-assisted development, testing, and operations the standard.
• Own quality, releases, and production reliability including incidents.
• Own architecture across products, including modernization and AI standards.
• Plan and deliver roadmap with Product and manage customer escalations.
