FullStack is a leading AI-native engineering partner delivering production-ready AI capabilities for clients. You will join our talent network and work directly with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development as a Principal AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI & Databricks.

You will collaborate with client teams, engineers, and designers daily, designing scalable data-intensive systems, routing models, and governance frameworks to ensure reliable AI outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development and data engineering experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Designed, built, and deployed multi-stage agentic AI pipelines and intelligence workflows in production.
• Hands-on experience with model routing for reasoning quality across providers like Azure OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.
• Experience building and scaling cloud-native, data-intensive distributed systems.
• Built evaluation frameworks, ground-truth datasets, and trust/provenance scoring systems.

Responsabilidades

• Join client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Integrate into client teams to deliver on projects and milestones.
• Design and maintain agentic AI pipelines and intelligence workflows in production.
