MUST Company is seeking an AI-native candidate for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own the end-to-end candidate journey from careers page to paid test, building an engaging, high-density content strategy to attract top talent.

You will design AI pipelines, craft compelling stories, and publish content at startup speed across time zones. A portfolio demonstrating content or web projects is essential, as is clear written English and the ability to measure funnel performance.

Qualifications

• Define the content, web experience or campaign to attract strong people and launch it end-to-end.
• Design multi-step AI pipelines (research, writing, visuals, deployment, analytics) and check AI output.
• Turn technical and business problems into clear words and visuals that talent reads.
• Know the talent market today and what makes people move.
• Maintain a portfolio of content or web projects with your role and results.

Responsabilités

• Rebuild the careers experience: design a web and digital candidate journey with a clear story.
• Publish high-density talent content by interviewing leaders and builders and turning them into articles.
• Run an AI-native branding pipeline with AI agents and automated workflows.
• Reach the right people, find communities, and measure conversion to applications.
