Hazelnut Company Chile is seeking a Supply Chain Development Lead to define and deploy the local Supply Chain Master Plan, aligning with Group priorities and driving performance. This role collaborates with central and local teams to ensure governance, value creation, and long-term improvements.

The role focuses on strategic planning, performance management, and sustainability initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts and CAPEX initiatives across the network.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or PM in complex orgs.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Experience with CAPEX and international contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy the local Supply Chain Master Plan with a 3-year roadmap and KPIs.
• Act as the local focal point for FOX, driving continuous improvement and governance.
• Lead the local Supply Chain Project Portfolio with cross-functional coordination.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and coordinate ESG-aligned projects.
