Mastercard seeks a Senior Principal (Cluster Lead) for Services Business Development to steer the CHIPABOL cluster (Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia). You will shape strategy, close opportunities, and drive scalable revenue with cross-functional teams in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include leading cluster P&L, modeling business cases, coaching SBLs, and aligning efforts with Mastercard’s growth agenda.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in market analysis, strategic planning and commercial strategy development.
Strong negotiation capabilities and structured selling methodology.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Services Business Development function across the CHIPABOL Cluster (Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia).
Drive strategy, structure and close Services opportunities with clients and emerging segments.
Oversee Services P&L for the cluster and coordinate with Product and Delivery teams.
Develop financial models and business cases to support new opportunities.
Coach Services Business Leads to expand Service Sales Offerings within portfolios.
Engage in market trend analysis and identify growth opportunities.
