Job summary

Diageo Chile is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to manage the end-to-end relationship with Cencosud Chile, overseeing a portfolio worth USD 5.5M NSV across ~300 outlets. You will drive growth, profitability and execution through JBP, investment governance, and best-in-class in-store activation.

You will act as the strategic commercial owner of the Cencosud relationship, ensuring optimal assortment, pricing, visibility and promotions in a competitive modern-trade environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing Modern Trade key accounts.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly JBP cycles with Cencosud and negotiate volumes, terms and calendars.
• Allocate Trade Spend and ROI-focused promotions; advise on corrective actions.
• Drive in-store execution, assortment, pricing and display standards; ensure alignment with commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CP&A, CMO, RGM, Finance and Supply) for governance and execution.
