American Tower Global is seeking a Senior HR Analyst in Chile to oversee payroll processes, administer employee benefits, and reinforce company policies. The role also drives engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance the overall employee experience.

Additionally, you will act as an HR Generalist, supporting the replication of HR programs and practices such as talent management, internal communication and talent acquisition across the organization.

The Senior HR Analyst primary responsibilities includes managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits programs, reinforcing company policies. Additionally, the Senior HR Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, and improve overall employee experience.

Acting as HR Generalist, this position is expected to support the replication of HR programs and practices such as talent management, internal communication and talent acquisition.
