Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Camp Administration professional for Escondida, Chile. The role focuses on organizing, supervising, and ensuring the proper functioning of services, coordinating the team, and managing resources to meet established quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in administration or related field with at least 7 years of Camp Administration or general service experience, preferably on large EPC/EPCM mining projects. Shift work at remote sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering or personnel and resource management with services.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant Camp Administration or General Service experience.
• Experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM projects or construction industry preferable.
