Job summary

Equans Chile is seeking a Senior Zscaler Security Engineer to join our global Network & Security team. You will design, implement and optimize Zscaler SSE solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZTNA, SWG) and lead incident response, automation, and knowledge sharing across regions.

Based in Santiago, you will mentor Level 2 engineers, collaborate with global vendors, and help transition services to the internal SLS team, driving continuous improvement and secure connectivity for 90,000+ users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in ZIA, ZPA, SSE, ZTNA, SWG, and FWaaS.
• Strong incident/problem management and ITIL-based service operations.
• Experience with multi-national, global vendors and MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Zscaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, SWG, ZTNA.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident escalation for complex security events.
• Own documentation, procedures, and operational standards; drive automation initiatives.
