Qualifications
- 5+ years of product leadership in B2B tech environments.
- Strong technical understanding: REST APIs, integrations and data flows.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ceremonies.
- Experience with international or large-scale corporate clients; fintech experience valued.
- Advanced fluent English (C1) for cross-border communication.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Productboard and Figma.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, integrations and data flows.
- Lead or participate in agile ceremonies and drive decision-making.
- Monitor metrics and iterate improvements based on data.
