Monster Energy LATAM is looking for a Senior Supply Manager to lead the Supply Planning Team. This role involves managing the end-to-end supply chain for domestic and global production facilities, focusing on inventory performance, production flow, and supply responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in supply chain logistics and more than 5 years in a leadership role. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Formación

• More than 7 years of experience in supply chain processes and logistics.
• More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in SAP, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), and IBP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage copacker and bottler relationships to enhance production.
• Oversee production planning and inventory aging analysis.
• Ensure digital adoption and team technical alignment with company requirements.
