Monster Energy LATAM is looking for a Senior Supply Manager to lead the Supply Planning Team. This role involves managing the end-to-end supply chain for domestic and global production facilities, focusing on inventory performance, production flow, and supply responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in supply chain logistics and more than 5 years in a leadership role. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP.

A Day in the Life:

As Senior Supply Manager, you will take command of the Supply Planning Team, driving performance at full throttle. You’ll own the end-to-end supply chain for both domestic and global production facilities, executing with precision and strategy. With a sharp focus on finished goods and raw material planning, you’ll ensure peak inventory performance, seamless production flow, and agile supply responsiveness. You’ll power optimal inventory levels, accelerate production scheduling efficiency, and fortify raw material availability eliminating bottlenecks before they happen. Through relentless continuous improvement, you’ll push the entire supply network to operate faster, smarter, and stronger, delivering results that fuel growth and keep the business ahead of demand.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Manage copacker and bottler relationship with their production and operation management team.
• Production planning (long term) and scheduling (short term) for local copackers; manage constraints in the supply chain that may affect demand plan.
• Digital adoption — ensure system update, utilization, and team technical adoption in alignment with company requirements.
• Manage the Supply Planning team.
• Direct and control purchase orders for suppliers, including logistics (local or international) and import process if needed. Track and expedite purchase orders by working with vendors, US, and international logistic teams, and update the delivery dates.
• Monthly inventory aging analysis for team and packaging SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete inventory). Lead mitigation plans to deplete inventory with stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field of study.
• Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in supply chain processes and logistics.
• Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role, people manager.
• Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Preferred Certifications: Proficiency using SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and IBP.
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
