Monster Energy Chile seeks a Demand Planning Lead to own the end-to-end S&OP cycle, translating demand signals into production inputs and coordinating with bottlers to ensure service levels. You will drive monthly reviews, manage depletions and deliveries, and optimize inventory and performance across the network.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and APO, plus bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• More than 5 years in supply chain and logistics.
• More than 5 years in inventory control and customer services.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SAP, Power BI, APO experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead S&OP (sales and operations planning) cycle, driving monthly demand reviews with bottlers at depletions and delivery levels.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure demand signals translate into actionable inputs for facilities.
• Monitor weekly sales performance, identify deviations, and propose mitigation actions to protect service levels and inventory.
• Ensure orders align with frozen periods and that forecast accuracy and OTIF metrics are tracked and improved.
• Support commercial activities requiring demand and sales forecast input (BP construction, promotions, etc.).

As Demand Planning Lead, you will own and drive the end-to-end

A Day In The Life

As Demand Planning Lead, you will own and drive the end-to-end S&OP cycle, from baseline forecasting through the constrained demand plan. You will orchestrate alignment between bottlers and the company, reconciling depletions and deliveries to create a single source of truth. You will translate demand signals into clear, actionable inputs for production facilities, ensuring supply keeps pace with the market. Through timely, data-driven analysis of demand variability, you will proactively recommend adjustments to optimize service, inventory, and performance.

The Impact You'll Make

• Lead S&OP (sales and operations planning) cycle, driving all monthly demand reviews with bottlers at both depletions and delivery levels. Including supply constrictions (logistics, production, material availability, etc.) that might affect demand plan.
• Sales forecasting based on statistical models and customer insights (baseline construction).
• Maintain records of all building/destroying blocks, affecting sales in order to correct historical data (example price increase, out of stocks, distribution disruption, etc., volume promotions).
• Guarantee updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers including availability and production feasibility.
• Monitor weekly sales advances, identify deviations and trends, timely propose mitigation actions to reduce the impacts on the supply chain after unforeseen deviations.
• Guarantee the fulfillment of orders for the costumer, also guarantee agreed volumes are properly ordered from bottler to company, accordingly to frozen periods.
• Sales performance indicators analysis including forecast accuracy, sales compliance, OTIF (on-time, in-full), fill rate. Identify trends, risk operations.
• Support commercial activities that implies demand and sales forecast (like BP construction, etc.)

Who You Are

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field of study.
• Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
• Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Inventory control and customer services
• Computer Skills Desired: Advance user Microsoft Office
• Preferred Certifications: Proficiency using SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO)
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English - Spanish preferred
