Bechtel Santiago is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional who will lead the fulfillment of suppliers' contractual commitments across the procurement cycle, from commitment award through manufacturing, inspection, documentation and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery to the project.

The role requires a university degree, 8–10 years in procurement or supply chain, EPC project experience, and the ability to coordinate with national and international suppliers.

Formación

• University degree related to the role and 8–10 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience in EPC projects and working with national and international suppliers.
• Intermediate or advanced English desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and monitoring the supplier's committed schedule.
• Validating engineering, manufacturing, and inspection dates against the baseline.
• Monitoring progress weekly.
• Identifying deviations from the baseline.
• Coordinating follow-up meetings.
• Requesting recovery plans.
• Updating expediting reports.
• Coordinating factory visits as needed.
• Coordinating BSQE inspections.
• Ensuring timely issuance of documentation.
• Verifying and coordinating shipping conditions with T&L.
• Promptly reporting risks to the Project Supply Chain Manager.
