Job summary

Redtree Engineering is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead analysis, design, and development for industrial facilities, power generation, and mining projects. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering and technical leadership with 8+ years of experience in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will design steel, pipe racks, reinforced concrete, and turbine/boiler foundations, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting proposals and business development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) or Structural Engineering.
8+ years of structural engineering experience with hands-on design and calculation work in industrial, energy, mining, or power generation environments.
Experience performing structural analysis and design as a core responsibility, not just administration.
Strong background in designing steel, pipe racks, reinforced concrete structures, foundations, and equipment supports.

Responsibilities

Lead structural analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and supports for industrial and energy facilities.
Own structural calculations, design packages, reports, specs, and construction documents.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, and project teams including Revit modelers.
Review codes, standards, and client requirements; mentor junior engineers.
Lead field investigations, site visits, and construction support activities.
