Job summary

Redtree Engineering is seeking a Semi-Senior Structural Engineer to support structural analysis, design, and development for industrial facilities, power, and mining projects. You will work hands-on with steel, concrete, foundations, and equipment supports, applying codes and standards.

The role emphasizes practical design execution in heavy industrial environments, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and opportunities for growth within Redtree's LatAm team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis.
• 3–6 years of hands-on structural design and calculation experience in industrial/energy/mining environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience performing structural analysis and design as a primary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and supports for industrial/energy facilities under senior guidance.
• Develop structural calculations, design packages, reports, specs, and construction documents.
• Design structural systems for equipment foundations, steel structures, and pipe racks.
• Apply building codes, standards, and client requirements to engineering solutions.
• Prepare plans, drawings, calculations, and reports for senior review.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, and project teams, including Revit modelers.
