Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in security operations, bilingual English/Spanish, and hands-on with tools like CrowdStrike, Splunk ES, and SNORT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of operational experience as a cyber security analyst/engineer handling incidents in critical environments.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, NAC, DLP, DAM, and endpoint protection.
• Hands-on with threat intel, IOC ingestion, and threat hunting.
• Strong English and Spanish communication for global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with OT environments and security solutions like Nozomi Networks.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize escalated cyber events from Tier 1/2 and escalate confirmed incidents to the Incident Response Lead.
• Analyze logs and alerts from diverse devices to identify threats and provide remediation guidance.
• Ingest IOCs into security tools and develop runbooks for SOC analysts.
• Prepare advisories and SOPs; collaborate with IT teams for timely resolutions.
• Produce trend analyses and propose improvements to alerting and incident handling.
