YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote engagement. You will optimize CRM workflows, improve data accuracy, and support revenue operations across SaaS environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on CRM configuration (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive scalable processes, reporting, and policy adherence.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
