Job summary

Evalueserve, Inc. invites a Chile-based team member to support the Index Development & Operations group, focusing on derivatives. You will collaborate with colleagues in India and clients across global locations to ensure accurate index production and timely delivery.

Key duties include translating methodologies into automated logic, maintaining index platforms, and delivering monthly performance reports, while applying strong data handling and coding skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience with Python and data manipulation in a quantitative or analytical environment.
• Strong command of Excel and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the platform for index production.
• Translate index methodologies and rulebooks into automated calculation logic and production-ready workflow.
• Manage day-to-day index maintenance activities, investigate operational issues, and ensure timely resolution and client delivery.
• Produce and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of inputs used for index calculations.
• Collaborate with technology, data, and operations teams to improve the efficiency and accuracy of index calculations.
• Implement continuous improvements in processes and tools used for index production.
