You will design high-performance trading systems, collaborate with researchers and traders, and automate deployments to improve reliability and speed. This role emphasizes strong math, Python/C++, and English proficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Quantitative Development or Software Engineering within fintech.
• Proficiency in implementing mathematical models using Python and C++.
• Strong background in applied mathematics, statistics, and financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Translate research prototypes and mathematical models into robust, scalable production code.
• Design, build, and optimize high-performance algorithmic trading systems and execution platforms.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to refine pricing models and risk management.
• Engineer high-quality, testable, observable code using Python and C++ for reliability in live markets.
• Automate workflows and deployments to speed up the trading stack.
• Monitor production issues and contribute to system improvements.
