Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring and usage reports.
• Analyze consumption data to identify trends, client engagement patterns, and business insights.
• Perform data reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate data discrepancies and proactively resolve reporting issues.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain reporting dashboards and visualization tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and business analysis initiatives.
• Drive process improvement by identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
• Maintain reporting documentation, controls and best practices.
