Xe.com is hiring a senior QA engineer to own end-to-end quality for cross-border payments. You will shape how the team tests, from design to automation, with direct collaboration with engineering, product, and compliance.

You will lead modernization of the test estate as new capabilities ship. You will design integration tests, own automation across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, FX, and settlement, and mentor mid-level QA engineers while partnering with architects on cross-domain quality

Formación

• 6 to 10+ years building production test automation.
• Strong test automation skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#, including test framework design.
• SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• API testing (Postman, Bruno) and UI automation (Playwright, Cypress).
• Functional and non-functional testing principles with defect management and performance testing.
• Daily use of AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) in SDLC.
• AWS in development/test contexts and CI/CD ownership (GitHub Actions).
• Productions experience in payments/regulated industries; QA leadership track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own integration test harnesses and contract tests for money flows.
• Lead test automation design for onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, FX, settlement, and related flows.
• Balance manual and automated testing; write test cases and lead automation.
• Own CI/CD quality strategy, release gates, and incident investigation; translate findings into tests.
• Lead test architecture reviews and mentor mid-level QA engineers.
• Leverage AI testing tools daily; build test estate for new capabilities.
