Xe.com is seeking a mid-level DevOps engineer to own end-to-end infrastructure, from design to incident response, with a focus on reliable CI/CD, multi-region AWS deployment, and AI-accelerated tooling adoption. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security to ensure resilient production systems.

You’ll operate in a small team with direct access to squads and leaders, owning production infrastructure and contributing to cross-domain reliability decisions.

Formación

• 3 to 6 years building and operating production infrastructure end-to-end.
• Strong experience with AWS in production, including multi-region setups, IAM, networking, and managed services.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling.
• CI/CD pipeline ownership (GitHub Actions or equivalent), including release gating and delivery automation.
• Container orchestration experience in production.
• Experience operating a production observability and monitoring stack, including SLO definition and alerting.
• Production incident response experience, including on-call rotation.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) across the SDLC.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

About This Role

We're hiring a mid-level DevOps engineer who likes owning real problems end-to-end, from infrastructure design and pipeline architecture through to incident response and on-call. You already use AI as part of how you think, build, test, and ship.

You'll keep the infrastructure that moves money in production resilient and fast, build the multi-region cloud and CI/CD layers Xe's squads run on, and partner with engineering to ship AI-accelerated developer tooling. You'll work in a small team with direct access to engineering, architecture, and security, own infrastructure in production, and partner with architects and team leads on cross-domain reliability decisions.

What You’ll Do
