INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Senior Python Developer to architect advanced solutions for global clients. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor peers, and deliver robust Python applications across data, cloud, and web domains.

You'll shape scalable architectures, apply design patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into solid technical specifications, while promoting best practices and high-quality code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python/Django development experience.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, CLEAN code and design patterns.
• Experience delivering full applications from scratch and building tests/CI-CD.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to mentor juniors and lead technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create automation systems to configure and monitor data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services that accelerate onboarding processes.
• Ensure reliability and performance of data infrastructure with scalable solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and guidance.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs.
