Job summary

Ulvior is hiring a Junior Backend Engineer in a hybrid role based in Santiago, Chile. You will focus on Python and API development, building data-intensive services and pipelines that power analytics for global brands.

You will work with modern cloud architectures, AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate closely with experienced engineers to grow your skills and deliver robust backend solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python fundamentals and API development experience.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and databases.
• Experience with Git and best practices in software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build data ingestion and processing pipelines for analytics.
• Create API services supporting the Krunchbox platform.
• Work with large datasets to improve performance and scalability.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product, and data teams.
