Huawei Technologies is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer / Solution Manager to lead PV and BESS solutions in Chile. You will guide technical teams, engage with customers, and shape proposals across the project lifecycle.

Applicants should have 8+ years in PV/renewables, expertise in AutoCAD, and strong English. The role demands strategic thinking and the ability to manage stakeholders while advancing large-scale energy projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional PV/renewable energy experience.
• Strong PV solution design, technical consulting, and project development.
• Knowledge of BESS and energy storage solutions is desirable.
• Experience managing technical solutions/projects with stakeholders.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and design tools.
• Deep understanding of the Chilean renewable energy market and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of PV and BESS solutions for projects.
• Act as senior technical advisor to key customers.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
• Organize customer presentations, workshops, and meetings.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for delivery.
• Support PMGD and utility-scale projects with requirements and risks.
• Provide technical leadership during project execution.
• Conduct market analysis on PV, BESS, regulations and competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities and support key accounts.
• Offer market feedback to improve Huawei offerings.
