Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Lead for Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) to plan, coordinate, and supervise PDDM activities on large-scale projects. The role requires expertise in PDDM procedures, strong communication with Project Client, Engineering Subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel.

The ideal candidate will lead task force activities, ensure documentation accuracy, and manage both small and mega projects with guidance from management.

Formación

• Accredited four-year degree and ten years of related experience, or fourteen years without a degree.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply local statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in project task force meetings.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing in Fluor’s portals and communities.
• Review work for accuracy and timeliness.
• Direct the work activity and training of PDDM task force team.
• May report to task force engineering manager or department management for special assignments.
• Ensure compliance with client documentation requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
