Ria Money Transfer is seeking an experienced .NET leader to drive delivery of key initiatives and mentor a cross-functional engineering team. You will develop REST APIs and microservices using .NET Core, C#, Python, and Java, while applying best practices and scalable design patterns.

The role requires 7+ years in software development with 3+ years leading complex initiatives, and collaboration across multiple teams to meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a .Net Developer or comparable OO language.
• 3+ years leading complex initiatives and core projects.
• Strong proficiency with .Net Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, and Git/Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Drive delivery of key initiatives and guide the team on best engineering practices.
• Develop and support .Net Core & .Net Framework REST APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, scalable code using standard design patterns and best practices.
• Mentor and develop the team for continuous improvement.
• Design and integrate third-party services to support business needs.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and developers to meet project deadlines.
• Analyze opportunities for improvements in applications and processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
