Job summary

Micromine in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Product Specialist, Mine Planning (OP) to influence LATAM mine planning outcomes using industry-leading software. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to senior mining teams across open pit operations.

You will combine mining engineering expertise with technology consulting, engage with customers, help shape product adoption, and build lasting partnerships across a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Mining Engineer with open pit mining experience.
• Experience across short-, medium- and long-term mine planning.
• Strong knowledge of mine scheduling or planning software platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Commercial mindset with customer-facing or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
