Job summary

Motion Metrics Latin America is seeking a Product Specialist, Mine Planning (OP) to drive mine planning outcomes across LATAM from our Santiago, Chile hub. You will blend mining expertise with technology consulting, advising leading open-pit mining operations and shaping scheduling strategies.

Based in Santiago with hybrid work, you will collaborate with commercial and technical leaders, promoting adoption of advanced planning software and delivering measurable value across projects.

Qualifications

Must be a degree-qualified Mining Engineer with open pit mining experience.
Experience across short, medium and long-term mine planning.
Strong knowledge of mine scheduling or planning software platforms.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Commercial mindset with customer-facing or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Influence mine planning outcomes across LATAM and shape scheduling strategies.
Serve as a technical advisor to senior mining stakeholders.
Build long-term partnerships with customers and internal teams.
