Job summary

Prodapt Solutions Private Limited seeks an experienced Infrastructure Operations professional to manage enterprise Linux, AIX, and Oracle VM environments. You will lead complex incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, manage infrastructure changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability of critical production systems.

Responsibilities include incident management, RCA, change control, patching, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Advanced Linux administration across RHEL/CentOS/Oracle Linux/SUSE.
• Advanced AIX administration and troubleshooting.
• Oracle VM / virtualization administration experience.
• Strong incident management and RCA experience.
• Experience with change management and OS patching.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of critical and high-severity incidents.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Manage OS patching and infrastructure maintenance.
• Coordinate with Network, Storage, Database, Security, Cloud, and Application teams.
• Create and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
• Provide 24/7 support.
