Job summary

Oracle Chile is seeking a Data Center Technician to support Data Center Services Operations, including break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration. You will monitor tasks in the ticketing system, mentor junior technicians, and escalate issues as needed to meet SLAs.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience, strong adherence to SOPs/MOPs, and fluency in English and Spanish. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work in data center environments and follow SOPs/MOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform server, server-component, and core-hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance during equipment lifecycle.
• Coach and guide junior technicians on best practices for hardware replacement and safe shutdowns.
• Review and sign off on client configurations; validate cabling and network builds.
• Monitor tasks in the ticketing system, escalate recurring issues, and document resolutions to meet SLAs.
