Qualifications

• JD required.
• Active bar admission in at least one US state.
• 8+ years of legal practice in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience with HIPAA, AKS, Stark Law, FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory strategy for US healthcare compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (CTAs, BAAs, SaaS licenses).
• Guide data privacy and security in line with HIPAA/CCPA/CPRA.
